The Events Team have sourced a number or preferred accommodation options at preferred rates in Belfast City for delegates to avail of.

If you would like to avail of these preferred accommodation options, please fill in your check in and check out date and hit the Search button.
Please note that the bedrooms are only reserved over the main conference dates, should you wish to extend your stay either pre or post event, please book the conference date. You can then email info@hotel-solutions.ie or phone +353 1 6309211 with the extended dates, these requests will be processed on an availability basis.
Once you hit the Search Button, you will then be shown hotel availability for booking. To note, all hotels have a minimum 2 night stay over the conference dates, you will not be able to select 1 night stay.
Any of the hotels selected will require you to input your credit card details for guarantee purposes initially. Payment will be taken 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
The block of bedrooms are only available for a limited time. It is recommended to book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that as this is a block of bedrooms, any amendments or cancellations made after the Friday 29th November 2024, will be liable to be charged.
